Ponlue Pim is an exceptional Salesman.  He "knows" his cars.  So nice to deal with someone like Ponlue who is knowledgeable....courteous...responsive...AND FOLLOWS-THRU regarding ALL!!!!  There is no doubt-and I have purchased LOTS of vehicles through the years (I'm now 56 years old)--Ponlue Pim is the best car Salesman I have ever dealt with.  Tom Watson treated me very fairly in pricing.  And, Jeff, handled my "financing" like a pro.  You've got a super team at Tynan's.  I look forward to returning for service....upgraded parts for my Z...and, more vehicle purchases.  Well done.

"Overwhelmed with Gratitude"

 I need for you to know I was overwhelmed with gratitude when your service department sent a man all the way over to north Ft. Collins with the proper tool to remove a lock lug nut I had on the rim of my car. I somehow had lost my tool for removing the lock lug nut. I had no idea how I was going to remove the tire off the car. The man came and changed the tire for me.  I got over to your store the flat was fixed and I was on the road again. Your service response was greatly appreciated as I was in a bad fix. I thank you so much for your helpful attitude. I changed the lock lug nuts off the rims so I do not have this problem again.
